In such areas as budget management, contracting services, etiquette advice, coordinating decorative themes and colors, from invitations to cake. We offer different levels of service from planning the entire wedding to attending the rehearsal, wedding or reception only.
We work for you, not our vendors. We make our recommendations based on your needs and budget. We are continually networking with other industry professionals to expand our resources and knowledge. We do not take a commission for referring you to our vendors.
We do not have a one-size-fits-all philosophy about our packages. Any package can be customized to fit your desires. We understand that you should pay for only those services that you require. We are willing to assist you with as much or as little event coordination as needed.

This plan is for the couple who will secure their own locations, contract their own professional wedding services and have done most if not all of the planning, but realize they will need assistance for the Wedding Month to finalize all the details and excute their vision on the Wedding Day.
In this plan, we will be in close contact with you the month before your Wedding, at your Rehearsal, and on-site throughout your Wedding Day to make sure that everything is just as you dreamed it to be. We will be working behind the scenes to keep the celebration smooth and on schedule. We will be there to address any problems that occur so that you and your family will not have to.

This plan is for the couple that has all the details of the wedding completed and needs someone to assist them during the day. This service includes the rehearsal so that we are familar with the schedule of events and to meet the wedding party.

Timeline
Would you love to have everybody involved in your wedding on the same time schedule? We can help you do that with a Wedding Day Time Schedule for you, the vendors and bridal party! This can be done for the reception and/or the ceremony. You will receive a copy for you and all of those involved. This is a great way to assure a smooth flowing wedding with none of the important details forgotten. To receive just the timeline, there is a $250 fee.
Vendor List
We can save you time and research by pulling information from our files of service professionals that suit your needs and style. You are not obligated to use from our list. To receive just the list, there is a $50 fee.
Decorations
We have an extensive list of resources of unique decorations that you can rent or buy. Such as floral and lighting accessories, custom table linens, glass and iron accessories, invitations, albums, favors and gifts for your bridal party. We can also decorate for you if desired and our time will be billed hourly.
Invitations and Favors
We offer custom design, printing, and assembly of invitations and favors. We also carry personalized stationery and invitations to order, including some by Anna Griffin, Studio Z Mendocino, and other custom designers. We offer Gratitude boxes, which can be personalized for your occasion. Special orders should be placed at least three-six weeks ahead to assure items are ready for date needed. Discounts will be provided for our clients for large orders. More information can be found on our services page.
Bridal Registry
Terra Rosa offers high-end gifts for you and your home. We have a Bridal Registry which can be posted for you on our website. Our unique and exclusive gifts are also wonderful for Bridal party gifts, favors and/or decorations for your wedding.
